Ana Colón-Wallace, M.A.

International Program Coordinator


Ana joined UCAELI in October 2019 as the department’s Program Assistant. Before coming to UConn, she worked in various administrative roles at The New School – Parsons School of Design and the Atlantic Avenue Local Development Corporation (AALDC), a small non-for-profit organization in Brooklyn, NY. Ana loves to travel and experience new cultures, try different foods, and connect with people from all over the world. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, cooking, dancing, enjoying the outdoors, and cuddling her two cats: Mishoo and Lychee. Ana is originally from the Bronx, New York City. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mount Saint Vincent and Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University.

In her new role as International Program Coordinator, she facilitates programming and events for international students and scholars to connect them with each other and the greater UConn community.
